1. Services

OpenSmm provides social media marketing services delivered through automated third-party providers. Service availability, speed, and quality may vary by platform and are described on each service listing. We do not require or request your social media account password — only the public link or username needed to deliver the service.

2. Deposits

Funds are added to your wallet via supported cryptocurrency payment methods, including USDT and TRON (TRX). The minimum deposit is $1.00. Every deposit is recorded in your wallet transaction history with its amount, method, and timestamp so you can verify it at any time. Deposits are credited automatically once the payment is confirmed on the blockchain.

3. Refund Policy

Wallet deposits are non-refundable. Once funds are added to your wallet, they can only be used to purchase services on the platform and cannot be reversed back to your original payment method.

If an order fails, is cancelled, or a provider is unable to complete delivery, the amount charged for that specific order is automatically returned to your wallet balance. You can then use that balance to place a new order. Partial deliveries are refunded proportionally for the undelivered portion. Refunds are always issued to your wallet balance, never to an external payment method.

4. Withdrawals

Eligible balances, such as referral commissions, can be withdrawn from the Wallet page. Withdrawal requests are processed transparently and recorded in your transaction history. Processing times depend on the payout network. We reserve the right to verify the legitimacy of referral activity before approving a withdrawal to prevent fraud and abuse.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use OpenSmm for any content that is illegal, harmful, or violates the terms of service of the target platform. You are solely responsible for the links and accounts you submit. Orders placed for accounts that are private, invalid, or that change username during delivery may not be eligible for a refund.

6. Service Guarantee & Limits

We strive for reliable delivery but cannot guarantee specific outcomes, as final results depend on third-party platforms and their policies. Delivery estimates are approximate. Drop or fluctuation in delivered counts may occur due to platform behavior beyond our control.

7. Account Responsibility

You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure. Any activity performed under your account is your responsibility. Contact support immediately if you suspect unauthorized access.

8. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time. Continued use of OpenSmm after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
